 * 2+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or other cloud platforms, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
 * Proven ability to balance hands-on development with mentorihng/training other engineers, ensuring team success.
 * Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain.
 * Strong expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID engineering principles.
 * Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, including Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go.
 * Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
 * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
 * Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
 * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering real-world impact and continuous improvement.
