+ Associates degree in computer science preferred or in related field and/or experience that sufficiently demonstrates ability to analyze and solve software application problems, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service

## Description

+ Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common client problems.
 + Installs, upgrades, and configures client computers hardware and software
 + Assisting faculty with classroom software and hardware including but not limited to Google Apps for Education, Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, Document cameras, Interactive Displays
 + Works independently and follows documentation processes
 + Preserves network security by maintaining records of user access. Educates users about security best practices, and investigate any concerns as they arise.
 + Creates and maintains support documentation for IT Team, + Performs other duties required by Supervisor
