## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
 * 2+ years of experience in design and release or product engineering
 * Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
 * Experience with PLM/PDM systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill
 * Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards
 * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
 * Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred

 * Create, manage, and release engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, suppliers, and program teams to ensure design intent is met
 * Support design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and other engineering validation processes
 * Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, part numbering, and change management processes
 * Identify and resolve design issues through root cause analysis and corrective action
 * Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal engineering specifications
