What You'll Do:

 * Enter fabrication drawing information into a custom tracking software with speed and accuracy.
 * Organize and maintain fabrication files, quality control reports, certifications, and project documentation.
 * Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
 * Process material receipts and update inventory information within the tracking system.
 * Assist with inventory management, purchasing support, and material stocking.
 * Support the fabrication team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
 * Maintain organized records while working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
 * Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
