## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience managing and securing cloud environments in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, or similar IaC technologies.
 * Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or related languages.
 * Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.
 * Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and cloud security best practices.
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, or AWS IAM Identity Center.
 * Familiarity with CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or other privileged access and secrets management solutions.
 * Experience supporting Windows, Linux, containerized workloads, and cloud-native platforms with strong troubleshooting capabilities.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

 * Administration and engineering of Microsoft Entra ID and related Microsoft cloud identity services, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Microsoft Entra Connect, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
 * Administration of AWS IAM Identity Center.
 * Administration and engineering of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
 * Administration of Windows- and Linux-based operating systems and containerized workloads.
 * Experience with HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, or other secrets management and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
 * Experience with database administration and access provisioning.

## Description

U.S. Bank is seeking an engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cloud Platform Security Engineering team. In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to enabling and supporting U.S. Bank's cloud adoption journey., * Design, implement, and support secure cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.

 * Partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to drive cloud adoption and security best practices.
 * Develop and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or Ansible.
 * Build automation and scripting solutions to enforce IAM governance, compliance, and security controls.
 * Evaluate and enhance existing cloud architectures to improve security, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
 * Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code implementations.
 * Assess emerging cloud services and define secure implementation standards and reference architectures.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud security, identity, and infrastructure issues while driving continuous improvement.
