You'll work hands-on across ITSM and CRM modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. While technical skills are essential, a successful candidate will also bring innovative ideas, a sense of ownership, and an ability to anticipate the next question.
