The Seasonal Voting Information Project Fellows will work with our team for the 2026 election cycle, assisting with collecting, cleaning, and ensuring the accuracy of a nation's worth of election data. As a Seasonal Voting Information Project Fellow, you will: * Collect accurate, up-to-date election information by researching online and conducting phone and email outreach to local election offices * Perform data entry and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information * Collaborate with teammates in meetings and asynchronously to work through sticking points and help us continuously improve internal processes * Research partner and user-reported errors * Assist the team with other tasks as they arise * Investigate and verify location details, ensuring the pinpoint accuracy of addresses on a map Support the training of additional team members who may assist in this work as the November election approaches, Because elections take place everywhere, our employees work from all across the country. We embrace working remotely as the default. Our positions require regular, daily use of a computer (including the use of G-Suite and Slack) to conduct work and communicate with colleagues. We also have regular operating hours (10 am to 6 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday). For those who prefer to work from an office, we are headquartered in Brooklyn, NY.
