A company car is provided. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a flexible schedule that would allow a one-hour lunch break at any time during the day, or leaving early if a full hour break was not taken. Our offices are closed on weekends and major holidays., The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all of the workstations throughout the company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities within our organization. Reports to: CFO There are three main aspects of the IT Manager job description: IT Management, Admin Support, and Innovation 1. IT Management : * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT * Assist coworkers with IT and software issues * Ongoing IT management and support for existing locations * Ordering appropriate IT equipment and tools * Setting up new locations with all IT-related items (computers, phones, internet, CRM setup, etc.) * Maintain internal IT inventory spreadsheets * Monitor the performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels * Implement and currently administer ManageEngine Endpoint Central, including its full MDM module, for unified endpoint management, patching, remote support, software deployment, and security across all company devices. * Manage Apple devices company-wide using Apple Business Manager with integrated MDM for enrollment, configuration profiles, app distribution, and compliance. * Managing camera software systems across our portfolio * Obtaining quotes when camera systems need to be updated, and overseeing the installation of the software * Managing vehicle fleet tracking system * Managing TVs that are located at our office spaces * Managing printers, check scanners, and other miscellaneous equipment at our offices 2. Admin Support: * Onboarding new employees in Gmail and other related software * Administer Microsoft 365 Business tenant for the Accounting team, including user management, licensing, security, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and compliance. * Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments (distribution lists, access, and security). * Maintain and organize company login portals, password policies, and access management across platforms. 3. Innovation: * Make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure * Assess vendors and implement new hardware and software * Oversee IT projects or future IT improvement projects * Knowledge of AI systems * Database management and improving our internal software systems * Lead the implementation of ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Apple Business Manager MDM solutions to modernize device management., These Essential Functions and Responsibilities are not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties performed.
