## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize CTR, AIS, and Actimize Designer.
 * Experience with ETL, data profiling, and data quality validation.
 * Working knowledge of AML, BSA, FinCEN regulations, and CTR reporting.
 * Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain. Skills & Qualifications
 * Language proficiency: Java, Strong SQL/Oracle skills, data profiling, and query optimization.
 * AML domain knowledge: Understanding of FATF, BSA, EU AML directives, and typologies.
 * Testing frameworks: Familiarity with SIT/UAT processes and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
 * Experience working with banking/Financial Services client

Experience:

 * 6 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Actimize CTR development/projects.

Educational:

 * Bachelor's degree in engineering or MCA from a reputed institution.
