## Description

* Drive system enhancements, change requests, user access, licenses, and reporting.
 * Partner with business users to improve processes across Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
 * Lead ERP and application-related projects from planning through implementation.
 * Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
 * Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.
 * Lead, coach, and develop the IT applications team.
 * Manage IT application budgets, vendors, consultants, and project resources.
 * Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Ensure application security, IT governance, PDPA compliance, and audit readiness.
 * Provide application support and resolve ERP and non-ERP system issues.
