* Commercial experience building AI platforms and commercially delivering complex, end-to-end AI projects or products
 * Enterprise-level agent design, creation and support experience
 * Strong hands-on development experience, including object-oriented programming; C# is preferred
 * Python experience
 * Entra and Azure Cloud experience, including Azure Functions, Service Bus and Azure DevOps
 * Experience with AI Foundry, APIs, MCP, frontier AI tools and models, large language models, SQL, DevOps and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
 * Experience moving from hands-on development into commercial AI solutions building
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
 * A curious mindset and enthusiasm for technology and AI architecture
 * Desirable: experience with other cloud platforms, Azure or AI certifications, and architectural frameworks for best-practice standards, * Architect
