## About the Role

SAP Payroll and HCM modules. Deliver project work within a multi-supplier environment, ensuring quality and timely execution. Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including: Solution Design Documents Functional Specifications WRICEF documentation Technical and support artefacts Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams, reporting into the Team Lead. Provide accurate delivery estimates and contribute to project planning activities. Engage closely with client stakeholders to provide support, advice and effective solutions. Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives and continuous service improvements. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant with multiple end-to-end project deliveries. Strong background supporting SAP environments across both project and BAU/live support functions. Expert-level knowledge of: SAP Payroll Strong functional experience across: Personnel Administration (PA) Organisational Management (OM) Employee &
Manager Self-Service Time Management Travel Management SuccessFactors Country Legal Changes Experience working within large, complex SAP landscapes. Ability to operate effectively within multi-vendor environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience producing detailed functional and solution design documentation. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team. Desirable Previous public sector experience. Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
