What are we looking for?

 * At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence;
 * Experience in data projects within Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Asset Portfolio Management;
 * Advanced experience implementing ML/AI solutions using data from relational databases and document stores;
 * Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics;
 * Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (highly valued);
 * Good understanding of UX/UI Design principles applied to Analytics solutions;
 * Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and multi-branch development strategies;Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) (nice to have);
 * Experience with Databricks Machine Learning and AI components (nice to have).

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)

We are looking for a Data Analytics / Machine Learning / AI Specialist to join a challenging project in the Data & Artificial Intelligence field, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions with a direct impact on business and financial operations.

What will you do?

 * Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of Data Analytics, ML, and AI solutions;
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives;
 * Develop and implement Machine Learning models, AI Agents, and automation processes;
 * Actively participate in the design, development, implementation, and validation of Analytics, ML, and AI solutions;
 * Support QA teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and take responsibility for production deployments;
 * Identify, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to existing AI/ML models, agents, and solutions.
