Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Power ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment to drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems in the Business Unit Air Power.RESPONSABILITIESLead and manage ERP projects in the Air Power division from a business perspective encompasing from conception through implementation, including schedule, budget, and resource planning.Work closely with stakeholders from various departments (e.G., Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement) to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure the analysis of existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities through the use of ERP systems.Coordinate external service providers and system integrators.Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor project progress, report to management, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Ensure planning and delivery of end-user training.Ensure
