 * Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - preferred
 * Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate - preferred
 * Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ?400) - preferred
 * CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security fundamentals certification

Required Skills

 * Linux OS provisioning and internals
 * Platform Integration Automation (RHEL)
 * 5+ years of experience in platform, systems, or infrastructure engineering, with strong emphasis on automation and integration.
 * Hands-on experience designing and delivering automated RHEL OS provisioning for on-prem or internal cloud compute environments.
 * Strong Linux (RHEL) administration expertise, including OS installation, configuration, patching, services, networking, storage, security, and troubleshooting.
 * Proficiency in shell scripting and Python, with experience building maintainable automation tools and workflows.
 * Experience with automation and configuration management platforms (e.g., Ansible or equivalent), including scalable, idempotent designs.
 * Working knowledge of Windows Server to support cross-platform workflows and integrations in mixed OS environments.
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and CI/CD pipelines to support automated provisioning, validation, and deployment.
 * Hands-on experience integrating OS provisioning with internal cloud services such as virtualization platforms, networking, identity, monitoring, and configuration systems.
 * Strong focus on continuous testing and reliability, including automated validation, integration testing, and failure troubleshooting.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with platform, operations, SRE, and security teams to deliver reliable and scalable automation solutions.
