## Description

As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you will work in a close-knit global team of Multi-Asset Quant Developers and Researchers, collaborating to enhance our research platform in a fast-evolving environment. You will directly contribute to the team's success by recommending innovative software solutions and building new tools and systems.

Your future role within QRT

 * Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team
 * Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including the effective adoption of agentic coding tools and workflows
 * Automate and streamline large-scale data preparation and cleansing workflows
 * Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools
 * Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production
 * Continuously evolve the team's software platform to meet changing business needs
