## About the Role

Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Ability to work in a dynamic environment while assisting with multiple projects simultaneously

 * Exhibit proficiency in customer relations skills
 * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers in a professional manner
 * Work experience with the medical billing/payment process strongly desired
 * Knowledge of the healthcare claims and payments revenue cycle, Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or 1 year in current position at RMS is required., All applicants are subject to a drug screen and background check per company policies.

## Description

The Customer Support Representative role is responsible for maintaining client relationships through the daily interactions of supporting day to day client needs. This position is responsible for a variety of support functions including but not limited to, researching client reported issues, interacting with internal business units for issue resolution, and communicating issue status and resolution to channel partners and end users. The Customer Support Representative will also demonstrate an advanced knowledge of product functionality., * Responds to user requests/incidents received and provides first level support for channel partners and end users

 * Troubleshoots incidents across various technology platforms
 * Effectively communicate and interact with internal/external teams for issue resolution
 * Perform the appropriate data analysis to validate reported issues
 * Understand and identify client/customer issues and recognize core incident trends
 * Assist the Quality Assurance team with test case execution and review
 * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
