## About the Role

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * Experience with hardware deployment and infrastructure installation projects.

 * Familiarity with networking hardware, including switches, patch panels, cabling, and rack-mounted equipment.
 * Understanding of basic networking concepts such as:
 * IP addressing
 * VLAN awareness
 * Network topology
 * Copper and fiber connectivity
 * Experience installing UPS systems, network equipment, or surveillance devices.
 * Ability to read installation documentation and follow deployment procedures.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills related to physical hardware connectivity.
 * Professional communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in enterprise office, campus, or data center environments.
 * Knowledge of structured cabling best practices.
 * Experience with surveillance camera installations.
 * Familiarity with rack layouts, cable management, and infrastructure documentation.

## Description

We are seeking experienced Hardware Engineers / Network Deployment Technicians to support ongoing onsite infrastructure deployments at a customer location in Irvine, CA. This role is focused on the physical installation, replacement, and deployment of network and infrastructure hardware. Candidates should possess strong hardware installation experience and a solid understanding of networking concepts.

This position does not involve software configuration, system administration, or network configuration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

 * Install and deploy UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) equipment.
 * Install, replace, and physically connect network switches.
 * Install and mount surveillance cameras and associated hardware.
 * Perform rack and stack activities for network and infrastructure equipment.
 * Connect and organize power and network cabling.
 * Label, document, and verify hardware installations.
 * Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes (MAC work).
 * Conduct basic hardware validation to ensure equipment is powered and properly connected.
 * Coordinate with customer personnel and project teams during deployment activities.
 * Follow customer site policies, safety requirements, and installation standards.
