## About the Role

* Essential: Consulting or otherwise experience in cloud transformation, architecture or security - this is a core requirement for the role
 * Experience in management, technology, engineering or cybersecurity topics, with evidence of substantive client delivery
 * Familiarity with APIs, scripting or infrastructure-as-code
 * Knowledge of container images, containers and serverless technologies
 * Strong understanding of cloud security controls and governance frameworks
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
 * Ability to structure complex problems and deliver practical, actionable recommendations
 * University degree or equivalent experience
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
 * An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
 * Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
 * Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
 * Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques

Key responsibilities / You will get to:

 * Structure complex problems into a clear scope, analysis and workplan
 * Lead client engagements independently on a workstream
 * Assess cloud architecture, configurations and security controls
 * Work with engineering teams to translate recommendations into implementation requirements, driving Cloud Security Governance
 * Contribute to the development of standardized, secure cloud environments (e.g. image bakery initiatives)
 * Translate technical findings into business implications and practical recommendations
 * Produce clear assessments, executive presentations and implementation roadmaps
 * Work credibly with engineers, security specialists and senior stakeholders
 * Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
 * Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
 * Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
