 * Ability to independently manage onsite support responsibilities
 * Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
 * Experience working alongside MSPs or external IT providers preferred, * End User Support: 4 years (Required)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide weekly onsite technical support services for a professional office environment. This role is responsible for supporting end users, maintaining daily IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with onboarding and device deployments, and coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers., * Provide onsite technical support for employees and executive staff

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and networking issues
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup and deployment
 * Support Windows laptops, docking stations, printers, conference room equipment, and office peripherals
 * Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID
 * Maintain and support conference room technology including Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, displays, and scheduling panels
 * Coordinate with external MSPs, vendors, and service providers as needed
 * Assist with device imaging, hardware replacements, software installations, and inventory management
 * Maintain IT documentation and communicate status updates on ongoing technical issues
 * Identify recurring issues and recommend process or infrastructure improvements
