## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, implementation or technical application management
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of EC is a plus
 * Experience with Talent modules such as PMGM , LMS, Succession, CPM
 * Knowledge of cross-module dependencies and data flows
 * Experience with Integration Center, APIs, technical testing and troubleshooting
 * Knowledge of OData, SOAP, REST and Compound Employee API
 * SAP Integration Suite / CPI knowledge is an advantage
 * Strong analytical skills, ownership mindset and fluent English

## Description

* Act as technical expert for SAP SF Talent solutions
 * Support Talent modules, demos, pilots and releases
 * Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Troubleshoot Talent XML configurations
 * Manage SF EC dependencies and data flows
 * Support Talent integrations and jobs
 * Support migration, security and data retention
 * Design integrations with 3rd-party systems
 * Maintain technical documentation
 * Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer
 * Analyze requirements and recommend solutions
 * Troubleshoot reporting, permissions, access and IAS

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
