This role supports end users, makers, and business teams by troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and enabling successful adoption of low-code/no-code solutions and AI-powered agents. This role combines strong customer service skills with technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform governance, and conversational AI solutions.
