We are seeking a Principal Engineer - AI, HPC & Storage Deploymentto serve as a hands-on technical leader for the deployment, validation, and stabilization of advanced data center solutions. This role is deeply engaged in customer site system bring-up, working directly with Dell internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure complex solutions are deployed successfully and achieve customer productivity within committed timelines.

Responsibilities

You will:

 * Triage, debug and deploy Server/Storage/HPC System architectures and solutions

 * Perform debugging and issue resolution at factory integration at Dell and 3rd-party sites

 * Support of Dell Services escalation resolution when needed

 * Support for lab builds and customer evals

 * Travel when required
