## About the Role

Software Engineering, System Integration (SI), Home Automation, Software Engineering, Network Operations Center, Commissioning, Flexible Spending Accounts, Laptop PC, Cellular Telephone, Graphics, * Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, Programmer, or similar role.

 * Strong technical skills in BAS programming, integration, and system troubleshooting.
 * Experience across multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara experience is highly desirable.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
 * Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

## Description

* Develop, program, and refine BAS controllers and sequences of operation.
 * Prepare BMS submittals, as-builts, graphics, and control drawings.
 * Configure and integrate systems using BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other industry protocols.
 * Provide remote engineering support to field technicians and project managers.
 * Commission BAS programs, verify logic, and ensure proper system performance.
 * Apply and maintain standardized programming and engineering practices.
 * Coordinate controls integration with HVAC, MEP, mechanical, and IT teams.
 * Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, field controllers, and connected IoT devices.
