## Description

This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies., * Develop and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.

 * Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements.
 * Perform coding solutions, unit tests, and ensure that solutions can be integrated successfully into the overall applications/systems with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.
 * Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
 * Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
 * Perform spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk and implement new ideas.
 * Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
 * Utilize multiple architectural components in design and development of client requirements.
 * Contribute to existing test suites.
 * Analyze test reports, identify any test issues or errors and triage the underlying cause.
 * Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery
