## About the Role

Candidates must demonstrate experience developing and troubleshooting SAS, Python, R, or comparable scripts; building system integrations, dashboards, and automated interoperability workflows; and working with structured or semi-structured health, public-health, or other complex administrative data, including databases and querying.
They must also have eight years of experience translating business needs into documented system requirements and technical solutions, testing automated data integrations, documenting code and technical procedures, and applying analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred - 2 Years in Each Qualification Area

 * eCR/eICR, EHR or Health Information Exchange, HL7/XML/FHIR, and SNOMED CT or other clinical terminology standards.
 * SQL, relational databases, public-health surveillance systems or registries, data matching/linkage, and automated pipelines or ETL.
