You will ensure these systems are not just reliable, but world-class in their ease of adoption. * CI/CD Strategy: Architect how we execute fast, reliable deployments and rollbacks. You will own the end-to-end delivery pipelines, ensuring the highest standards of security, efficiency, and compliance from code commit to production. * Set Engineering Standards: Establish the standards for our repositories. You will define the benchmarks for PRs, cycle time, velocity, code quality metrics, and systemic reliability that all teams will follow. * Scalable Tooling & Coverage: Design and build the next generation of tools that simplify CI/CD pipelines.
