## About the Role

* Educational background consisting of a Degree or Technical Certificate in Engineering, Reliability, Maintenance Management, or a related technical discipline (equivalent hands-on industry experience is fully valued).

 * Demonstrated track record of managing, implementing, or administering enterprise CMMS applications (such as Maximo, SAP PM, Blue Mountain RAM, eMaint or similar).

 * Proven familiarity with equipment reliability standards and asset care strategies within heavily regulated cGMP manufacturing environments.

 * Prior experience supporting greenfield facility startups, major capital expansions, or complex construction-to-operations handovers is highly desirable.

 * Adaptability and grit; comfortable establishing order, clarity, and system architecture when starting with incomplete or fluid engineering datasets.
\n

 * Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills to smoothly collaborate across Validation, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.

 * An analytical, detail-driven mindset-understanding that clean data entry directly dictates the future reliability and compliance of the entire plant.
