## Description

* Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for 9 source systems and 2 MVP data products
 * Define Snowflake account architecture (RAW/CURATED/GOLD layers, warehouse sizing, retention policies)
 * Design RBAC hierarchy, Row-Level Security, and column masking policies (SHA-256 hashing for PHI/PII)
 * Own naming standards, service user key-pair authentication, network policies, and MFA enforcement
 * Review pipeline patterns and enforce Data Mesh interoperability policies
 * Support ZB InfoSec reviews and HIPAA compliance sign-offs
 * Guide CI/CD promotion path (Dev * Test * Prod) via Azure DevOps
