 * Infrastructure Administration: Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, endpoints, patching, backups, and general systems operations.
\n

 * Security Operations: Monitor XDR/MDR alerts, assist with incident investigations, coordinate remediation, and support vulnerability management and security hardening.

 * PKI & Certificate Management: Own DigiCert administration, manage SSL/TLS certificates and renewals, maintain certificate inventories, and troubleshoot certificate-related issues.
