This position is a hands-on role that will require excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong customer focus, working under the guidance of senior team members as skills develop., * Meets with internal and external clients to understand needs and gather requirements. * Assists in designing solutions to business problems, with guidance from senior developers on complex or data-intensive challenges. * Codes, tests, documents, and deploys console and web applications. * Helps maintain and support the existing application portfolio, including troubleshooting and resolving problem tickets, coding enhancements, providing user training, and preparing documentation. * Contributes to back-end integrations with ERP systems and other applications, building experience with stored procedures and triggers over time. * Ensures application performance and reliability with thorough testing and monitoring. * Ensures that all code meets security best practices and complies with cybersecurity policies. * Evaluates and participates in the implementation of new and existing technologies, services, and platforms supporting custom applications. * Shares knowledge and experience with other IT team members, willingly takes on new challenges, and learns new things.
