## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and cloud-native application development.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.
Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Strong SQL Server experience including database design, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data integration.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and deliver complex enterprise solutions in Agile environments.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.

As a Sr. Full Stack .Net Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern .NET technologies, cloud-native architecture, AI-powered development tools, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong full-stack expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications.
Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or similar modern frameworks.
Develop backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations using .NET/C#.
Modernize legacy applications and integrate them with cloud-based platforms.
Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and code quality.
Design and develop secure integrations across enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and business applications.
Implement cloud-native solutions and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data integration processes.
Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture activities.
Mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
