## About the Role

* 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Product Owner in Healthcare domain.
 * Strong experience with Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Health Plans, Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Member, Care Management, or Utilization Management.
 * Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
 * Experience creating and managing Product Backlog, User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
 * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR, and EDI (X12).
 * Experience working closely with Business Stakeholders, SMEs, Development Teams, QA Teams, and Project Managers.
 * Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and release planning.
 * Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Visio., * Experience with Healthcare Payers or Providers.
 * Medicare Advantage and Medicaid experience preferred.
 * Certification such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.Responsibilities, Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.

* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
 * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
 * Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
 * Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
 * Drive product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
