In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. * Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Billing processes and transactions, exception management, and regulatory and operational support. * Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements. * Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements. * Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
