## About the Role

* Rally, JIRA, or TFS experience
 * Previous experience in cybersecurity, specifically vulnerability management or application security testing is advantageous
 * Experience managing vendor and third-party application dependencies in Agile environments
 * Management experience and hands-on technical expertise in leading large-scale agile projects
 * Experience working in Agile development process and deep understanding of various phases of Software Development Life Cycle

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
 * Ability to implement Scrum theory, rules, and practices
 * Ability to remain in scope and deliver outcomes on time
 * Strong organization and facilitation skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
 * Ability to lead, influence, and drive team efforts and results
 * Strong analytical skills
 * High level understanding of Client Enterprise Change Standards
 * Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
 * Able to work independently with limited supervision
 * Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
 * Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

## Description

* Encourage self-sufficiency within the team while identifying risk, bringing up issues, and removing impediments to drive process improvements
 * Project setup, working with Product Owners and Technical Lead in managing the backlog
 * Project health reporting to senior management
 * Consult and coach other Scrum Teams and support the development of Agile Scrum processes with exposure to various lines of businesses and senior leadership
