## About the Role

* Strong foundation in Reliability Engineering, including reliability modeling, testing methodologies, and lifecycle analysis.

## Description

This full-time remote Reliability Engineer role focuses on improving the performance, durability, and safety of electrical and electronic products throughout their lifecycle. On a day-to-day basis, the Reliability Engineer will analyze product performance data, conduct failure investigations, and recommend design or process changes to reduce risk and improve reliability. The role involves developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, and creating reliability test plans and reports.
