## About the Role

15+ years of progressive experience in product management, product-led growth, or commercial product leadership within B2B/enterprise software. 7+ years of people management experience. Experience owning pricing, packaging, monetization, signup, or certification for a software platform or multi-product portfolio. Experience owning and optimizing customer conversion funnels and metrics. Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Support. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience with complex, multi-product enterprise SaaS platforms. Understanding of cloud commercial models including PAYG, commits, credits, and trials. Experience with identity/access management, security or compliance certifications, or cloud regionalization. Ability to effectively discuss software architecture, APIs, development, and operational tradeoffs with engineering teams. Experience in life sciences, health
tech, genomics, or another regulated/quality-conscious environment is helpful but not required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

## Description

We are seeking a Director of Software Technical Product Management to lead the strategy and growth of an enterprise software platform that serves as the foundation for how customers purchase, access, and adopt software products.

This leader will manage a team of 3-5 Product Managers and own critical platform capabilities including authentication, billing, pricing and packaging, security, certifications, regionalization, trials, and customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities Own the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for the platform foundation. Lead capabilities across authentication, authorization, SSO, billing, APIs, trials, regionalization, security, and certifications. Partner with Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal on pricing, packaging, and commercial models. Own and optimize the customer funnel from signup * trial * paid adoption * expansion. Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, sales enablement, and launch plans. Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance on regional security and operational certifications. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 technical Product Managers. Collaborate with Engineering on software architecture, APIs, technical constraints, and platform tradeoffs.
