## About the Role

 * 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience.
\n

 * Strong NetSuite experience.
\n

 * Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
\n

 * Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership across the program lifecycle.
\n

 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and acting as Scrum Master.
\n

 * Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
\n

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n

 * Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible.
\n

 * Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.
\n
