## Description

Downtown New York City mid-sized trading firm seeking a Trading Operations Engineer for technical operations support.

You will sit on the trading desk and be a vital part of the technical operations processes, while also being part of the Technology team. Your tasks will be split between desk facing activities and light coding.

Responsibilities include::

 * First point of contact for traders

 * Install, configure and monitor critical trading applications

 * Incident management via ticketing system and documentation

 * Collaborate with developers for all operational processes supporting trading applications
