* Configuration and troubleshooting of IPSEC site-to-site VPNs.
 * Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot complex routing issues.
 * Strong understanding of networking in a multi-data center environment.
 * Ability to work with minimal guidance and seek assistance only on the most complex tasks.
 * Strong communication skills with leadership, peers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
 * Flexible work schedule with the ability to perform after-hours changes., * CCNP certification or higher, or equivalent experience.
 * Experience installing and maintaining Cisco routers and switches.
 * Experience managing Arista switches.
 * Strong documentation skills and experience with tools such as Visio.
 * Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

## Description

* The VPN Network Engineer is responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure network infrastructure in a multi-data center environment.
 * The role involves managing VPN connectivity, optimizing network performance, ensuring compliance with security standards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable network services., * Configure and troubleshoot IPSEC site-to-site VPNs.
 * Author technical documentation, including network diagrams.
 * Monitor network performance and implement performance tuning when necessary.
 * Diagnose connectivity problems and resolve network issues.
 * Work closely with clients and vendors on the implementation of products and services.
 * Ensure security and operational standards are maintained in accordance with compliance requirements, HIPAA standards, and industry best practices.
 * Work independently with minimal guidance and seek assistance only on the most complex tasks.
 * Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
