## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Agentforce and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce, workflows, and integrations., * Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification

 * Agentforce Specialist Certification
 * 5+ years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience
 * Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CRM
 * 1+ year of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
 * Experience building AI agents using Agentforce
 * Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Force.com IDE, Data Loader, and deployment tools
 * Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with AutoRABIT, GitHub, and RTC
 * Knowledge of IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, and chatbot integrations
