## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tooling Engineer - Harness to own and lead the enterprise software delivery platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Harness, CI/CD platform architecture, DevSecOps, automated release management, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise toolchain governance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Harness platform, establishing reusable CI/CD pipelines, integrating security scanning, implementing engineering delivery metrics, and driving automation and governance across engineering teams. Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated transaction-processing environments is highly preferred., * 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Platform Engineering.

 * Strong experience owning and managing enterprise CI/CD platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with Harness or equivalent tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, or Spinnaker.
 * Expertise in pipeline-as-code, reusable templates, RBAC, secrets management, and CI/CD governance.
 * Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and Static Application Security Testing (SAST).
 * Experience with automated release management and deployment strategies.
 * Strong API and integration architecture experience, including REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architecture.
 * Cloud administration, cloud-native architecture, and Kubernetes production experience.
 * Understanding of DORA metrics and engineering delivery performance.
 * Experience with distributed, highly available enterprise systems.
 * Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills., * Hands-on Harness experience, particularly STO, SEI, and CCM modules.
 * Policy-as-code experience using OPA/Rego.
 * FinOps, cloud cost optimization, showback, or chargeback implementation.
 * Experience applying Generative AI or agentic development patterns to engineering workflows.
 * Experience with payments, fintech, merchant services, or regulated transaction-processing platforms.
 * PCI DSS, IAM, fraud prevention, or risk integration experience.
 * Development experience with Java, .NET, Go, or Node.js.
 * Familiarity with GitHub and Atlassian toolchains.
