## About the Role

Do you have experience in Prospecting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are a growing technology company offering cutting-edge IT products, including ERP systems, automation platforms, and industry-specific tools. We're seeking a results-driven Sales Executive, * 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or technology consulting sales.

 * Proven experience generating leads and closing deals.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 * Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
 * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
 * Ability to work from our Austin office and travel for client meetings when required., * Experience selling ERP solutions such as Odoo, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Acumatica, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
 * Familiarity with CRM systems such as Odoo CRM, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
 * Understanding of Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, Inventory, Accounting, or Operations processes.
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

## Description

* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, trade shows, and other online and offline channels.
 * Identify and engage decision-makers including business owners, CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, Operations Managers, and IT leaders.
 * Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
 * Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate ERP and automation solutions.
 * Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
 * Negotiate contracts and close new business.
 * Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
 * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 * Sales Closure is the ultimate KPI
