## Description

The Test Automation Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level testing strategies across complex systems. The role involves defining test architectures, establishing automation frameworks, and enabling overall testing excellence for application development, ERP, and Mainframe transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical, architectural, and advisory skills., Testing Strategy & Architecture:

 * Design scalable and enterprise-grade test architectures aligned with business & technical goals.
 * Define end-to-end testing strategy-functional, regression, integration, performance, security.
 * Promote shift-left testing, continuous testing, and integration of automation with CI/CD.

Automation Engineering

 * Develop and implement automation frameworks (UI, API, performance, security).
 * Work with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling.
 * Implement AI-driven, RPA, or low-code/no-code automation where needed.

Quality Governance & Best Practices

 * Establish QA processes, standards, and metrics for testing performance and quality.
 * Oversee test data management, environment readiness, and test orchestration.
 * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
 * Mentor clients and internal teams across test automation and performance engineering.

Consulting & Client Leadership

 * Lead assessments of client testing maturity, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
 * Build testing strategies, Test Centers of Excellence, and long-term transformation roadmaps.
 * Facilitate workshops and guide clients through testing program setup and execution.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to build reusable testing service offerings.
