## About the Role

This role requires a strong technical leader who can provide direction and mentorship to development teams while driving technical decision-making and technology roadmaps., * Extensive experience with Java (Java 11/17) and Spring Boot.

 * Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
 * Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
 * Strong background in microservices architecture and domain-driven design.
 * Prior work experience in the client's industry, particularly in P&C Insurance.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2., * Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.

 * Knowledge of database technologies like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
 * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus.

## Description

* Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Design and implement Kafka-based event streaming solutions.
 * Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
 * Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
 * Lead distributed onshore/offshore development teams and coordinate with business stakeholders.
