## Description

* As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
 * Your day to day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team or Teams, removing obstacles that hinder progress, and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * You will also identify and report progress through appropriate metrics.
 * You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
 * Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the Agile framework to enhance team productivity and delivery quality.
 * Support the development and growth of team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
 * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of dependencies or risks.
 * Analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and promote transparency across projects.
 * Champion Agile principles and values across the organization to encourage a culture of adaptability and innovation.
