## About the Role

Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Top Secret Clearance, Operational Strategy, System Architecture, Cross-Functional, Simulation, Systems Engineering, Architectural Design, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Technical Support, * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field

 * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital engineering or MBSE
 * Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
 * Proficiency in SysML/UML modeling
 * Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages
 * Experience integrating software systems and tools
 * Strong communication and documentation skills
 * Active TS/SCI security clearance, * Master's degree in a related engineering discipline
 * Professional certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, or PMP
 * Experience leading engineering efforts across the full systems lifecycle
 * Familiarity with SysML 2.0
 * Experience working with data across multiple classification levels
 * Knowledge of DoDAF, UAF, or other architecture frameworks

Job Description: A growing engineering services organization supporting federal and defense initiatives is seeking a Digital Engineer to contribute to advanced modeling, analytics, and simulation efforts. This role focuses on developing and implementing digital engineering solutions that support mission-critical intelligence operations. The Digital Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, build, and maintain model-based engineering artifacts and system architectures. This position plays a key role in integrating engineering processes, software tools, and data frameworks to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness. Work is performed onsite in Dayton, Ohio.Responsibilities:

 * Develop and manage model-based systems engineering (MBSE) artifacts aligned with customer requirements
 * Design system architectures, interfaces, and workflows to support complex engineering environments
 * Apply SysML/UML methodologies to model system behavior and architecture
 * Integrate multiple software tools and platforms to support engineering processes
 * Support digital engineering initiatives such as Digital Thread and Digital Twin implementations
 * Collaborate with engineers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
 * Produce and present technical documentation and engineering models
