Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and with enterprise delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Ivanti, or ServiceNow. * Experience supporting global, multi-entity, or multi-country Finance operations, including awareness of SOX, IT General Controls, segregation of duties, and controlled production-change practices. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch. * Ability to stand, walk and sit. * Ability to reach with hands and arms * Visual ability correctable to 20/20. * Sitting up to 90% of the day. * Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone. * Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above. * Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. ## Description * Flexible work arrangements, including an allotment of remote workdays per year, depending on the role * Education assistance and professional development and certification or licensing support, where eligible * Performance-based bonus or incentive compensation, which may be available depending on the role, * Provide advanced Tier 2 functional and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations incidents, service requests, defects, access questions, configuration issues, and processing exceptions. * Serve as the primary functional and technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), HighRadius, Vertex, and related Finance Technology platforms. * Apply functional knowledge across core D365 F&O areas, including financial accounting, payables, receivables, banking, fixed assets, budgeting, procurement, projects, expenses, collections, reporting, and tax. * Support Finance users in the effective use of D365 processes, workflows, approvals, inquiries, and standard reporting capabilities. * Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processing by diagnosing application issues, coordinating escalation, and validating restoration of affected business processes. * Resolve functional and configuration issues that fall within approved procedures, access, and assigned responsibilities. * Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex application, process, and integration issues across the Finance technology ecosystem. * Assist with configuration reviews, functional impact assessments, testing, and business validation. * Document incidents, findings, resolutions, workarounds, recurring patterns, and known errors. * Coordinate with Microsoft, implementation partners, managed service providers, and third-party vendors when specialized support is required. * Participate in ERP modernization initiatives, vendor management activities, and future Finance application roadmap efforts. * Administer, configure, and support HighRadius modules utilized for: + Cash Application + Collections Management + Credit Management + Deduction Management + Accounts Receivable automation * Administer, configure, and support Vertex tax solutions including: + Tax determination + Tax calculation + Tax maintenance and compliance support + D365 and ERP tax integration support
