## Description

LHH is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Manager for an organization looking for someone who can take ownership of payroll operations while also serving as the go-to expert for UKG .

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong multi-state payroll experience who enjoys improving systems, solving problems, analyzing data, and partnering across HR, Finance, and IT.

What You'll Do:

 * Own the full payroll process from start to finish.
 * Manage multi-state payroll compliance, audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end activities.
 * Serve as the primary UKG administrator and payroll subject matter expert.
 * Troubleshoot system and payroll issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
 * Maintain HRIS workflows, automations, permissions, and data integrity.
 * Support UKG updates, upgrades, testing, integrations, and enhancements.
 * Create and support payroll and HR reporting and analytics.
 * Partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership.
 * Provide system training and support to HR users.
 * Assist employees with payroll, deduction, and tax-related questions.
 * Support benefits open enrollment and other HR initiatives.
