* 4+ years in backend or full-stack engineering with hands-on LLM product development.
 * Experience shipping LLM-powered ranking, retrieval or recommendation systems into production.
 * A background building consumer-facing (B2C) products is essential - not just internal tools or enterprise applications.
 * Strong applied AI experience across prompting, embeddings, RAG, agent memory and personalisation.
 * Practical experience building evaluation frameworks and debugging ranking or retrieval failures in production.
 * Experience with TypeScript or Python and AI-assisted development workflows.
 * The ability to move quickly, make architectural decisions and take ownership without layers of management.
